First of all I would like to say a big hello to all my current and former students and to all the other people out there that over the years that have read and liked my first website of the Visayan Martial Arts (VMA).

Having not updated the old VMA site now for over ten years, many of my friends and students have been urging me to update my site for themselves to study and to able to revise their training for when I have not been available. They also wanted me to give those that haven't as yet been able to come to me directly, a glimpse into the way I teach.
The result was not an update of my old site, that was according to many, well ahead of it's time but a brand new website with today's Wordpress and Blogging technologies, which was all new to me. I would like to thank those that helped me with this urging and actual building of my new site.

My new training and information website is now as you can see up and running. It is the EvolveCQC based here in Sydney Australia.
